What can I expect when I join Hearty Meals?​

When you pick a plan from Hearty Meals, you will receive daily deliveries of fresh gourmet diet meals directly to your doorstep. Each day's meals are nutritionally designed to promote healthy eating balance, weight loss and a better working metabolism.

How do the plans works?

When you purchase a plan, we will contact you to arrange deliveries. All meals are delivered the night prior for the following day. There is no cooking or prep-work involved on your part. The meals in black containers are recommended to be heated, so you can microwave it or place meals on a baking sheep and slide it into the oven. A lot of the meals you can eat cold such as wraps, salads, snacks etc..

How does the menu work? Do I get to choose my meals?

We offer a set menu of delicious meals that rotates weekly as well as seasonally. While you can’t pick and choose specific meals, rest assured that each is nutritionally designed for optimal health and crafted with the help of gourmet chefs using the best-quality organic ingredients available—meaning you and your body will love them.

We offer a set menu of nutritionally delicious meals. Each week we update and create new menu items. While you currently cannot pick specific meals, you can rest assured that each day you will receive the best-quality nutritionally designed and chef crafted meals available.

When does Hearty Meals deliver?

We prepare your meals throughout the day and begin our deliveries in the evening. When you sign up, we will contact you to make delivery arrangements. You do not need to to wait up for the delivery driver each night. We deliver the meals inside of an insulated cooler bag with ice packs, so we can leave it outside of your door until the morning and the food will stay fresh and chilled.  You will also receive a text message when the delivery driver is on their way to you with an estimated time of arrival. 

Membership:

What if I need to skip a few days?

No problem! Simple give us  a call at 201-632-5723 or email us at info@heartymeals.co and let us know which days you would like to pause, when you would like to resume, and we will take care of the rest!  Your days will never expire and you are only charged for days you receive deliveries. The unused days will be credited towards your account.

What happens if something is wrong with a delivery?

If there are ANY problems with any delivery, we will generally reach out to you first informing you of the issue. If we do not, please reach out to our customer service and we will work our best to either fix the issue as soon as possible, or issue you credit for the meal/day.​

What if I need to cancel?

We have a money back guarantee! If for any reason you would need to cancel, we will issue you a pro-rated refund for all of the unused days. EX: If you purchase a thirty-one day plan and cancel after one week, we will issue you a refund at the one week rate. Please allow 48 hours for any cancelations to take effect.
